TERMS OF SERVICE
OUR GUARANTEE, RETURN AND PRICING POLICY
All VOILA timepieces carry a one year guarantee against any manufacturing defect from receipt of shipment. All our original VOILA watch parts are genuine, warranted parts. Anything which is defected will be replaced. All sales at voilawatches.com are final. We do not accept return on any non-defective item.
You may arrange to return your defected item for repair in its original packaging provided a copy of the original receipt relating to the purchase is accompanied with your insured shipment. We will not be responsible for goods returned to us that are lost in transit. You will need to contact us via email for return instructions and details for the proper mailing address for the item you are returning. We will review and approve or decline your request for return based on condition at our sole discretion. Please quote us your order id number and the date of purchase when contacting us.
Prices quoted are all in Swiss Franc and include the cost of standard gift-box packaging but do not include delivery, transit insurance, taxes, custom duties or other charges (where applicable). All payments for international orders will be made in Swiss Franc unless you indicate otherwise at the time of providing your billing information. You will automatically get charged the pre-fixed exchange rate from dollars to your selected currency. The prices for product items shall be those ruling at the date of order shipment to you and we reserve the right to amend its quoted prices at any time prior to the date of shipment to you.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship internationally around the World. Note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, or APO and FPO addresses. We ship via FedEx and they do not deliver to these addresses.
YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Our goal is for you to be as comfortable using voilawatches.com online shopping as you are shopping at your local watch jeweler. VOILA takes seriously the issue of your privacy and security.
Every time you submit your credit card number (we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club) and your billing and shipping information, the highest commercially available industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used to prevent your information from being intercepted.
Your credit card information is also encrypted when storing your order details and whenever that information is transferred to our authorized credit card processing system. All information you provide is kept in strict confidence. We will not share or sell your information to anyone.
DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
Immediately after you confirm your order and submit your shipping and billing information, a screen will display thanking you for your order and allowing you to print your order receipt page for your records. You should also receive a separate order confirmation via email, unless you inadvertently entered your email address incorrectly on the order form or did not follow and complete the payment instructions correctly. If you did not get an order confirmation, please email us at customerservice(at)voilawatches.com to inquire about your order.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER SHIPMENT STATUS?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order id number and a link to the appropriate page on our website so that you may check and track the shipping status of your order. Until your order has been processed and shipped, your order status will continue to show unshipped, but do not be alarmed. If we are only able to partially fill your order or if an item is out of stock, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping your order, which means there can be occasional delays beyond our control.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES?
We ship most items by FedEx. Our shopping system indicates the shipping cost based on a flat, per number of product items charge for each order. Additionally, a non-refundable handling fee is also charged to cover the cost of processing your order. You may check your shipping charge by adding an item to the cart and then going to the checkout page. At that point you may continue to place your order, or decide not to order in which case no information is transferred to us. Please take care to enter your shipping address correctly and completely or additional address correction and handling charges will apply as charged to us by the shipper.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM DUTIES OR TAX CHARGES?
You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes or customs clearance fees, and all bank related charges assessed by the importing country, which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country, we cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
Our liability (both in sale contract and in tort) in respect of defects in a product item shall be limited to the replacement of faulty items or material, or the issue of credit notes in respect thereof, or the granting of a refund or such other compensatory measures at our sole discretion considered appropriate in the circumstances. Such measures shall relate only to the actual faulty items or their value, and we shall not in any circumstances be under any liability to you in respect of indirect or consequential loss or damage, or loss of profits, sustained by you, provided, always that these conditions do not exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence.
All risk in respect of your order shall be assumed by you upon delivery of the same. It is important that you inspect your shipment for accuracy immediately upon delivery, and you must report any discrepancies to us within two (2) working days of receipt. Otherwise your claim cannot be verified and will not be honored. Delivery times can be estimated but not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of the customs clearance process, weather conditions or other conditions beyond the shippers' control that interfere with delivery.
We reserve the right to make adjustments for all current quoted prices and products due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors. We are not responsible for backorders or price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. We cannot be held responsible for inadvertent errors with respect to information concerning ordered products and under no circumstance shall be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages.
